SERVICES:

Overnight stay in a double room. In the Santosh Puri Ashram in Haridwar, in the River Retreat full board in a double room with two warm vegetarian meals. Yoga program with yoga at least once a day except on travel days. Workshops in Kathak dance, Thai massage and Ayurveda with an experienced Ayurvedic doctor. Indian classical concert with Kathak dance by renowned musicians. All excursions and treks. All mentioned train and taxi journeys, as well as two domestic flights, from Delhi to Derahdun and from Varanasi to Delhi

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Your return flight to Delhi, seasonally cheap, for example at www.kayak.de for around 500.00 euros. Additional arrival day to relax into the yetlag (relly recommended). Yoga lessons with teachers in Rishikesh approx. 6.00 euros per hour. Restaurant visits in Rishikesh and Varanasi, approx. 5.00 - 10.00 euros. Ayurvedic massages and therapies approx. 15.00 - 25.00 euros per treatment. Optional jungle safari for approx. 40 euros.

PAYMENT METHODS:

very online booking is mutually binding. This means that you are entitled to a seat and we are entitled to the invoice amount due. After completing the online registration, you will receive the registration confirmation with the bank details. We ask you to transfer the deposit of 700.00 euros to our account immediately after receiving your registration. This payment of 700.00 euros is also the amount for the yoga seminar we teach on site. We are only allowed to issue an invoice for this. The remaining amount of 1,299.00 euros will be paid on site directly to the hotels for accommodation and meals and to the Indian tour guides for the organization of excursions, taxi train rides and domestic flights. For the sake of simplicity, we can collect and forward this amount for you on arrival.

You will receive proof of costs from the Indian tour guides on request.

After receipt of the invoice amount and the travel confirmation (at least 6 participants) you can book your arrival and departure independently. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat, we will of course reimburse you for all payments we have received up to then. We are not liable for any flight or other expenses that you may incur.

In the event of CANCELLATION from the trip, the following conditions apply:

- Withdrawal up to 90 days before the start of the retreat: 100% reimbursement of the travel price, minus the deposit

- Withdrawal 60 to 89 days before the start of the retreat: 60% reimbursement of the travel price, minus the deposit

- Withdrawal 59 to 0 days before the start of the retreat: no reimbursement.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance. The participant is responsible for having valid and complete travel documents (visa, passport). We assume no liability or responsibility for cancellations, delays, losses that occur as a result of attacks, wars, natural disasters, accidents or other cases of force majeure. The participant confirms his physical and mental health and personal responsibility during the trip. The participant is solely liable for any damage that the participant causes to himself, to others or to property. We do not accept any liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings of the participants. The organizers are released from any liability claims, as they do not act as tour operators, but only as seminar leaders.

For reasons of the applicable German tax law, we do not act as a tour operator, but as a seminar provider. As a result, we only help with the coordination with our Indian tour operator partners and collect the fees for accommodation, meals, transfers, guides, etc. on behalf of the hotels and the agencies involved to simplify cost processing. All the hotels listed are therefore only accommodation tips and each participant is free to choose a hotel on their own. If you choose your own accommodation and program, the participant may have to pay increased costs, as the above prices only refer to the proposed accommodation and excursions.
